Shipping Policy
We ship all products via UPS Ground unless a different method is requested at the time of order submission. Shipments are picked up Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
Most packages arrive within 3- 5 business days, but due to ongoing carrier delays, delivery may take up to 10 business days. Tracking information is provided once your order ships and is automatically sent to the email address associated with your order. We strongly encourage customers to monitor their tracking to ensure safe and timely delivery.
We are not responsible for stolen or redirected packages. To help protect your purchase, we recommend using a secure lockbox, drop box, or other safe delivery location.
If your package is lost in transit, we can file a claim through shipment insurance to issue a refund or reship your order. Please note that shipping delays do occur, and once a package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over the carrier’s handling or timeline. While delays can be frustrating, the vast majority of delayed packages are ultimately delivered.
Our policy is to wait 10 business days from the date of shipment before reshipping an order or issuing a refund. We have found this timeframe to be the most fair and effective approach.
