Chargeback Policies

We defend our business from fraud and theft.  Customers who submit chargebacks/disputes for valid fulfilled orders will be banned from our store. Please contact us about any order issues before initiating a chargeback/dispute. Most of these order issues can be worked out collaboratively to mutual satisfaction.

 

PROHIBITED USES  
Products sold by Revival Health are strictly for research purposes only. The following uses are expressly prohibited:  
- Human or animal consumption

- Cosmetic or personal care applications  
- Clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use  
- Resale to unqualified individuals  
- Any use inconsistent with legitimate laboratory research

SHIPPING & HANDLING  
All products are shipped with labeling stating: “For Research Use Only – Not for Human Consumption.”

Revival Health shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use, misuse, handling, or storage of these products. All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.  

GOVERNING LAW  
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.  

SEVERABILITY  
If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
